Clinical Data Technologies prides itself on its level of committment and dedication to its customers. In addition to the built in help files and intuitive user interface, new customers will find an easier migration to an electronic medical record system by taking advantage of our support offerings. Most new users require a minimum of two days training. This training can be achieved online or via arranged, onsite training sessions with one of our EMR support specialists. Larger groups benefit from our carefully designed, customized implementation plans and will be eligible for group discount rates for training sessions. Although support is geared toward software introduction and training, additional support, networking and hardware installation services may be purchased.Ongoing telephonic support is included free of charge in the monthly maintenance fees. This will include telephonic support, refresher training sessions and software troubleshooting. Customization that entails non-standard software development, legacy data migration, and third party software interfacing is available at an additional cost.
